1. Plug in the nutrients you need to have a healthy diet based on your super tracker information we reviewed together.
2. On a separate piece of paper list the nutrients you need to have to complete a healthy diet plan.
3. Go to the nutrient food list and pick 5 vegetables that you like or would be willing to try in order to meet the requirements.
