It is the responsibility od the “Person in Charge” as defined by the Wisconsin Health code in Chapter 2, to train and maintain health standards
You have been hired by a local company to run one of their food service outlets. As part of your new position you must develop a training program for your employees to avoid the passing of food borne illness.
